The studio,set in the heart of the "Villa" is the perfect base for bird watching, photography, painting, riding, astronomy and walking whilst on a self catering short break. You are 5 mins walk from shops, the main square and close to a public swimming pool.

It is comfortable, fully furnished and equipped with bed linen, china and glass.A welcome pack is provided to get you started. Well worthwhile tourist excursions can be arranged with a reliable local driver.

Trujillo has several modern supermarkets and a myriad of artisan shops which sell traditional leather goods and locally made ceramic products. Some of these products have been incorporated into the studio.You could even commission a hand made stone window or design a wrought iron gate by contacting the local artisans. We use our local craftsmen,who are experts in the fast dissappearing trades wherever possible.

The studio's local represenative is proud to be a member of an organisation called " Conserva Trujillo" which if translated means "Protect Trujillo" whereby we can exchange ideas, participate in joint ventures, and dialogue with the local community at all levels.
The town has an active recycling system. We ask our guests to contribute to this scheme by recycling their rubbish during their stay.

he recently commissioned studio is designed in a contemporary, spacious and well-lit style. On entering the property, you find an impressive double height living room with large glass double glazed French doors leading onto your private terraced garden.
The principal bedroom & shower room are positioned on a suspended bi level mezzanine floor, accessed by a stainless steel and glass staircase.

Special attention has been given to using the latest technology in cavity wall, floor and wall insulation, which greatly helps to reduce energy consumption. The exceptional studio lighting levels are achieved by using specialist energy efficient lighting equipment.
The property comes fully equipped with a kitchenette incorporating an AAA rated washing machine and fridge. An inverter heat pump provides heating and air conditioning.
The terrace and gardens are irrigated with "grey water" using the drip feed irrigation system as used in the Sinai dessert.
